Jody Bee

JodyJody Bee began her yoga journey eight years ago at Powderhorn Park. She did her first down-dog and was hooked. She celebrated as it stretched muscles she had been trying to stretch for years. She continued her practice at Present Moment Books and Herbs. She completed her teacher training at CorePower Yoga in 2006. She enjoys bringing the joys of yoga to people of all ages, beginners or advanced.
